SECTION 4 - WARRANTY
It is very important to us that we provide you with a product that is of the highest quality. Therefore, up-on purchasing a TiliaLime Product, we will provide you with a Life-Time Warranty. This means that if your Product is damaged under the limitations set in this section of this Agreement or otherwise defected, we will send you a new Product free of charge. Your TiliaLime Product warranty is covered under the following conditions and limitations if:
- the Product you receive is defective, faulty or damaged when you receive it
- the Product received water damage, the container is broken, bent, or open
Your TiliaLime Product warranty is NOT covered if you have damaged it on purpose such as, but not limited to, scratching the Product, bending the container and/or lid, melting, freezing or purposefully putting the Product under extreme conditions.
We also do not replace your Product if you dislike the flavour/scent that you receive. In order to process your warranty, send an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- a picture of the Product that clearly shows the damage or defect for us to assess the nature of the damage
- a picture, email or a scan of your invoice which you received with your Product
If you do not have your invoice, then send us the date of purchase and the name of the person who purchased the Product.
SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund and Return Policy. SECTION 7 - WHOLESALE
If you are a vendor and want to carry TiliaLime Product(s), you are required to order our sample pack and fill out a wholesale form. It is your sole responsibility, as a vendor and/or store owner, to have knowledge of your customers’ shopping habits. The wholesale price constitutes 50% of the TiliaLime retail price and the minimum order quantity in order to receive the Wholesale Discount is 20 items (or 280 dollars), as listed on the Site.
Once your order is placed, we give you the freedom to set the retail prices that are most suitable to your customers and venue. TiliaLime is not responsible for unsold merchandise and under no circumstances will we buy back unsold stock. The sample pack has been put in place to ensure product satisfaction, to allow for any modifications, and for market testing purposes. As a vendor, you are eligible for a 30-day full refund of your Product. If within 30 days you are unsatisfied with your Product, please contact us. To receive your refund, you are responsible for shipping the Product back to TiliaLime and for covering any shipping charges.
SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
